Returns & Refunds

At MIA COOSH, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

60-Day Returns

We guarantee peace of mind with 60 days to return eligible items from the date of delivery.

Eligibility & Condition

  • Items must be in new, original condition, unused and unwashed.
  • All original tags must remain attached and packaging included.
  • Items must be free from marks, odours, or signs of wear.

For hygiene and safety, we may decline returns that don’t meet the above standards.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@miacoosh.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the item back using a trackable service and keep your receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. MIA COOSH is not liable for items lost in transit, please use a trackable, insured service.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.
  • We refund the price of the goods; shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (timing may vary by bank).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at hello@miacoosh.com with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on all products against manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care. If a fault appears within this period, we’ll replace the item, or offer a refund where appropriate.
